Alexandra Alexandrova

Mind-Body Coach and Sophrologue, PhD

Alexandra Alexandrova, a Mind and Body Coach specializing in fostering the connection between mind and body, believes that this synergy is essential for living harmoniously, understanding personal values and purpose, and acting in alignment with them. Her work, grounded in both personal and professional experiences with psychosomatics, focuses on helping individuals recognize internal psycho-emotional conflicts that manifest physically, guiding them back to health.

My academic background includes a Master in Biology, M1, in ‘Life Sciences and Health’ from Paris-Saclay University, certifications in Sophrology, Neurophysiology, Philosophy of Meditation (International Yoga Association), and Satori Healing. This diverse education reflects the diverse approaches I employ in my work with clients.

Before my counseling career, I conducted research in space plasma physics at the Laboratory of Plasma Physics, Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, France. This followed my studies in Physics at St. Petersburg State University, Russia, and a Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Graz, Austria. This scientific background supports my ongoing research in neuroscience and physiology, exploring the internal mechanisms of the techniques I use and their effects on health.
