Elizaveta Eldysheva

Registered Provisional Psychologist, MACP

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating emotional difficulties, relationship strain, and periods of change. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward, and our work focuses on understanding these experiences and finding ways to respond to them more effectively.

My approach to therapy is thoughtful and paced. I pay close attention to each client’s experiences, patterns, and strengths, and adjust the work based on what feels most helpful for them. I draw from evidence based and trauma informed approaches such as CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR when appropriate, while remaining attentive to the client’s comfort and readiness.

I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, individuals navigating life transitions, and those facing relational or cultural challenges. My goal is to support clients in developing greater self understanding, improving communication, and building practical ways of coping with emotional stress.

As part of the Canadian branch of the Advanced Psychology Institute, I provide virtual therapy services to clients across Alberta.
